The Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M2.02 is a highly developed polish specially designed for the permanent removal of holograms, polishing hazing, and fine scratches from a grit of 4,000 upwards. This polish is suitable for all types of paint, including scratch-resistant systems, and achieves a brilliant and long-lasting high-gloss finish, even on dark and sensitive shades, thanks to its extremely homogeneous abrasive particles. Particularly outstanding is that it is silicone oil-free, economical, and easy to work with – residues can be removed effortlessly.

The Koch-Chemie Micro Cut M2.02 was specially developed to remove finest scratches and holograms on sensitive paints. It is ideal for use after coarser sanding processes or as a final polishing step for a brilliant high-gloss finish. Thanks to the innovative abrasive particle technology, surfaces are perfectly smoothed, making them shine even under extreme light conditions.

One of the greatest strengths of Micro Cut M2.02 is its ability to treat dark paints particularly well. Often, dark colors tend to show polishing hazing and holograms more prominently. With this product, these imperfections can be mechanically removed, creating a deep, even high-gloss finish.​

Application and Efficiency

Application is particularly simple: It is recommended to apply the product with a high-performance eccentric polisher and the appropriate Micro Cut Pad. The polish is applied evenly to the surface and then polished with medium pressure in a cross-hatch pattern. Thanks to the low abrasive power (2.5) and the high gloss level (9.0), it is possible to treat even sensitive paints without risk and achieve a brilliant result.
