The pneumatically tilting mounting column of the Weber-Werke "1024-XL-2HP" tire changer allows for easy handling and time-saving work processes. Pneumatic locking and adjustment of the mounting head always ensure sufficient clearance from the rim, preventing scratches and damage. The high-precision machine guarantees high throughput and quick tire changes.
HP1-XL Auxiliary Mounting Arm: Specifically for Run-Flat and Low-Profile Tires
The included HP1-XL auxiliary mounting arm significantly simplifies the mounting of run-flat and low-profile tires. A joystick controls a pneumatic cylinder, making the operation of the mounting arm effortless. A hand guard secures the joystick against unintentional activation, while a stable bead depressor roller pushes the tire bead behind the mounting head. With a separately height-adjustable bead depressor pad and a lift roller for raising the tire during the demounting process, this auxiliary mounting arm offers everything needed for efficient and safe tire mounting.
Robust Clamping Jaws and Protective Covers for Various Rim Types
The clamping jaws made of high-strength steel ensure secure clamping of the rim from the inside and outside. Additionally, plastic protective covers are included, which are especially suitable for aluminum rims. The self-centering clamping plate can accommodate rim sizes up to 24 inches and offers two adjustable mounting speeds to adapt flexibly to different requirements.
