Mix only the amount needed for the day, not in advance. For commercial use, write the mixing date on the bottle with a waterproof pen and discard any leftover solution after one week — this is cleaner than "shaking the solution vigorously again."

For the workflow order: First vacuum the interior, then degrease, then apply Hydro Plast Care. For the exterior, after washing and before tire care. If you do tire care first and then treat the adjacent bumper with a gloss application, you risk overspray on the as-yet-undried tire sidewalls — the result will be streaky and not easily corrected.
